My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, though small and hot, were adequate for business travel, albeit located far away on the 14th floor. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster, from exceptionally friendly and helpful staff to a rude encounter when requesting towels. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and attractions, although it was very quiet downtown on the weekend. The dining experience left much to be desired, primarily due to limited options, yet the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is perfectly located in downtown Minneapolis, ideal for taking in a show or attending a conference. Rooms are quiet at the end of the hall, providing a peaceful environment despite the distance from the elevators. While service was friendly, we experienced noise issues that impacted our stay. Dining options were limited, but the convenient location compensates for some drawbacks.
