My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, though small and hot, were adequate for business travel, albeit located far away on the 14th floor. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster, from exceptionally friendly and helpful staff to a rude encounter when requesting towels. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and attractions, although it was very quiet downtown on the weekend. The dining experience left much to be desired, primarily due to limited options, yet the facilities were decent overall.
